空壓機油是保證空壓機正常運轉必不可少的東西,所以對于空壓機油我們也要有一定的了解。那么空壓機油常見的問題有哪些呢?

1、結膠:空壓機油的基礎油不好,里面的灰質類的雜質較多,此類物質極易氧化,通過高溫及空氣的氧化反應,結成像柏油一樣的油泥,嚴重的時候造成空壓機機頭抱死,一般的結膠前兆是壓縮空氣變臭,空壓機運行電流高。

Through the oxidation reaction of high temperature and air, it forms tar-like sludge, which causes the head of air compressor to lock up in serious cases. The general precursor of cementing is that compressed air smells and the running current of air compressor is high.
2、結碳:空壓機高溫運行下,特別是超過95度后,油品輕重組分會分離,氧化后像漆狀物吸附在部件表面,會使油細分離器堵塞,機頭油封磨損漏油,軸承使用壽命縮短。
2. Carbon deposition: Under the high temperature operation of air compressor, especially after exceeding 95 degrees, the light oil restructuring branch is separated. After oxidation, the oil is adsorbed on the surface of components like lacquer, which will block the oil separator, cause the oil seal to wear and leak, and shorten the service life of bearings.
3、機油乳化:空壓機長期低溫運行,機器里的水分得不到及時蒸發,油水混合乳化成像牛奶樣的液體。

4、空氣出口含油量較高:油品的油氣分離性較差,基礎油中氫化物較多,使得與壓縮空氣很難分離。

5、舊油的顏色異常:通常情況下油品顏色會變深紅或變黑,但如果變紫等顏色說明油品添加劑使用不當,建議及時更換油品.
